Primer Selection

A primer is used as a base coat to improve the adhesion of a silicone sealant to various material of a silicone seaalant to various materials.We recommand that you prepare the application surface with a primer designed especially for that surface in order to enhance the durability of the application area.

Joint Design

Silicone sealant is an elastic meterial which is fully able to withstand thermal movements due to variations in temperature and structural movements caused by typhoons or earthquakes.

It is important when designing joints t determine the width and depth capable of withstanding the maximum deformation anticipated as a result of joint movement.

Use Method

1.Press down on the gun’s release tab and pull the pressure valve

2.Insert the tube of silicone into the gun

3.Adjust the trigger so that it is calibrated with the size of your tube.

4.Prepare the surface you wish to seal.

5.Cut a hole in the silicone tube.

6.Test your silicone on a piece of scrap material.

7.Apply the sealant to your surface.

8.Allow the sealant to dry.

Use Application
